One common mistake leading to failed campaigns
But first, I’ll share a quick story…
It’s about an affiliate marketer named Brian P. He lives in Chicago, where the winters are long and the commutes are longer.
After five years at his corporate job, Brian got fed up with being chained to his cube. He was tired of trading his time for measly paychecks while making someone else rich.
One day he was crawling to work on the painful I-94 when he realized something. He was stuck in traffic he didn’t want to be in, heading to a job he hated, and he’d be doing it until it killed him.
He’d had enough.
He spent the next week turning over every stone, looking for a lucrative, fun business opportunity. That’s when he stumbled across affiliate marketing.
Brian fell in love.

Brian bought every copywriting book he could get his hands on. He gorged on webinars about Facebook ads and hopped from one sale funnel guru to the next. And he felt pretty good about the way things were going.
